Martin founded PSA Consulting in 2017 with co-founders Petter Kristiansen and Eivind Skregelid.

Martin has previously held senior leadership positions at Deltek and Unit4.

Stefan has 25+ years experience from helping law firms and other professional services firms with intelligent digital transformation enabled by key enterprise technology such as ERP, CRM, BI, xP&A, Document Management, Document Automation, and Knowledge Management.

Stefan has previously held senior leadership positions at Deltek and Hypergene.

Passion for: Arsenal FC, barefoot running, food and wine.

Thomas joined us from Elden Law Firm where he has served as lawyer, joint managing partner and CTO.

Thomas’ deep knowledge of Legal Tech, Legal IT and Legal Ops, combined with his vast experience as a practising lawyer and law firm partner, adds tremendous value to PSA. He is available for client engagements in roles such as Senior Advisor, Senior Project/Program Manager, and Interim CIO/CTO.

Passion for: Great Britain (Thomas has dual citizenships) and craft beer.

Petter co-founded PSA Consulting in 2017 and has 20+ years experience from extending and optimising enterprise technology for law firms and other professional firms across the Nordics and other parts of Europe.

Passion for: Cycling and baking artisan pizza.

Bjørn Tore is a Senior Director at PSA, specialised in helping new and existing customers with digital transformation initiatives based on cutting-edge legal tech and PSO tech.

Bjørn Tore has previously spent more than 10 years at Deltek where he held senior solutions engineering positions, and most recently he was a partner at Voli, a Nordic PSO tech specialist. 

Håvard is a talented developer focused primarily on our Custodian Client Onboarding (KYC/AML) solution. Håvard is always happy and a nice guy – unless someone tries to steal his Monster cans from the office fridge.

Johanne works as Customer Success Manager based in our Oslo office, and work with customer onboarding, customer support and customer success.

Johanne is about to complete a Master’s in Informatics at the University of Agder (UiA), and a Google IT Support Professional Certificate. She is passionate about technology and digitalisation, and previously worked at organisations such as Frelsesarmeen – The Salvation Army, and Bufetat (Barne-, ungdoms- og familieetaten).

Siri works as Customer Success Manager and Senior Advisor based in our Oslo office.

Siri has very solid experience from IT and Operations roles in one of Norway’s leading law firms, and as a superuser/admin of cutting-edge legal tech solutions such as Deltek Maconomy, iManage, Sysero, as well as PSAs Custodian KYC/AML solution.

Wiktor is our Polish viking. Based in Warsaw but formally a part of our Swedish PSA team.

If there is anything worth knowing about iManage, Wiktor knows it. His background from large global law firms such as DLA Piper and Dentons, means that he has a profound understanding of how iManage constitutes the backbone of the expansive tech ecosystem in a dynamic law firm.

Passion for: Travel and Running.

Magnus may look like a nice guy, but he is known to produce some mean code. He has been a member of the PSA team since 2018, and is a true code wizard.

It is perhaps debatable what Marina’s first language is – Brazilian Portuguese, English or Java? Marina is a super talented cloud developer and also the owner of one of several office dogs in the Oslo office.

Petter leads our iManage practice, and has 20+ years experience from implementing and optimising document management and document automation solutions to law firms and legal teams across the Nordics.

Passion for: Travel, food and Arsenal FC

Elisabeth works as Senior Advisor, primarily in client engagements related to ERP, Finance and Legal Operations.

Elisabeth boosts 17 years super user experience from Deltek Maconomy ERP, and more than 21 years experience from Finance, Controlling and ERP specialist roles in leading professional services and law firms such as WM-data/Logica and Advokatfirmaet Schjødt.
